Willesden Jewish Cemetery

Willesden Jewish Cemetery, established in 1873 as a serene garden cemetery. Today it combines its rich heritage with natural beauty. Originally sheep-grazing land, the cemetery was the first collaborative venture by the United Synagogue, a coalition of five Jewish congregations from the City of London. It has been a prestigious burial site for over 150 years, beautifully documenting the evolution of London's Jewish community. We run a variety of events across the year ranging from themed walks, family activities, arts and crafts activities as well as schools programmes. We are also open to the public for walks and have a free self-guided trail available.
